Introduction. Welcome to our first news letter. What a month it’s been!! We have seen huge progress on the preparation of homes at Kipton Wood and look forward to our first buyers moving in over the next few weeks. Our Show Home complex at Kipton Orchard is now ready to receive visitors and the first phase of 3 & 4 bedroom homes on this exciting development is available NOW!! The site looks fantastic!! If you haven’t been to visit, come and see us as soon as you can, it really is a picture. To summarise all that has taken place over recent weeks ……

NEW BROCHURES. Our new brochures for Kipton Wood and Kipton Orchard arrived last week. If you have not received your copy yet, please fill in your information on the appropriate web page and we will get your brochure to you.

TENNIS COURTS. We are pleased to announce that 2 tennis courts have been re-surfaced with new nets and they are ready for play!! In fact we have a tennis tournament at the end of July …Photos of our winners to follow in our next news update!!

SQUASH COURTS. The 2 squash courts we have are currently being prepared and will be open for play by the end of the month!

CHANCE OF A LIFETIME SCHEME. We understand how hard the market has become over recent months. First time buyers are having difficulties obtaining mortgages, so we have devised a scheme where our buyers at Kipton Wood can rent their chosen property for a period of 12 months, with an option to buy after this period and then use every penny they have spent on rent, to use as a deposit!!!, here’s how it works.

* You choose your home
* We agree a price for your chosen house which remains fixed for 12 months.
* You pay an agreed rent for 12 months with an option to buy
* At the end of 12 months if you opt to buy your home we will refund your full rental payments that will be used as your deposit
* Every penny of rent you pay will towards your purchase.
* If you wish to continue renting after the initial 12 months, we can negotiate a new package for you.
* All candidates for this scheme must undertake a credit search and be interviewed by our financial advisers to assess their mortgage possibilities.
*A security deposit of 1 months rent will be required prior to occupation.
* There will be no obligation on behalf of the occupier to buy their home.
* Home improvements can only be carried out with the full approval of West Raynham Park Developments Ltd.
